Refund policy

We strive to produce a great range of products, and want every customer to be fully satisfied with their order and experience with us.

We have a 30-day reprint, refund or return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/reprint/refund.

To be eligible for a return or reprint, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return/reprint/refund, you can contact us using the contact page or live chat. If your return/reprint/refund is accepted, we will send you further instructions on what to do with your order. This may include returning said products to our HQ, or no action may be necessary. Your specific instructions will be determined by a Ultimate Custom Mousepads team member.

Defective/damaged products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and come to a resolution. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom items can only be returned/reprinted/or refunded if errors have been made on our behalf or our shipping partners such as print or construction errors that cause the product to be defective or lost/delayed shipments. Custom item returns/reprints/or refunds are at UCM's discretion.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve processed your specific order's complaint if a refund was approved or not under our Quality Guarantee Commitment. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
