How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 5 days for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please make sure your local PO-BOX provider caters for courier delivery's from your local carrier. Ultimate Custom Mouse Pads is not liable for any issues for miss-delivery at PO-BOX's
Order lost or damaged during transit
DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
LOST IN TRANSIT OR NOT DELIVERED: Orders that do not arrive by the indicated estimated delivery duration will be subject to investigation first by our team, and then either a order replacement or full refund will be issued if we deem your order to be lost or not successfully delivered. Although we strive to make sure every customer receives their order, replacements or refunds will be issued at our discretion.
