Yes most definitely. Upload all elements using our upload tool, then provide us with design instructions in the order notes box on how you would like us to arrange the uploaded media.
Yes if you have a specific design or idea in mind - then please contact us first to discuss producing your design. We cannot come up with a design for you.
If you know how to, you can crop/edit the image you want to use to your liking. When using our upload tool, you can also make adjustments. This is not necessary though. We will handle this for you.
Once you have ordered, our design team will optimize your image to the correct pad size, and carry out your specific design instructions. Then we will send you an email of the design, for you to approve before printing - so you exactly how it will look once you receive it.
Yes! The golden rule is that your image is above 200kb in size. We recommend images above 500kb in size. Don't stress about this too much. We will let you know if your image can't be printed on our mousepads.
It all depends on how big your desk is, and your own preferences. Most people find either the L, XL or MEGA to be the best choice. Learn more about choosing the right mousepad size

ABOUT OUR MOUSEPADS
The RGB custom pad is a ultimate EXCLUSIVE. The pad contains a strip of lighting around the edges of the pad that is controlled by a remote attached to the pad, and powered by the USB cable provided.

Most of the time...YES! But some of our products undergo extreme heat in the production process, which could decrease their size by 5mm - 10mm.
In regards to our products, nothing at all! Our mousepads (sometimes called desk mats) can be used as a pad for your mouse, or other uses such as a desk feature, card-game mat, bar mat and more.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & MORE
You need to contact our team ASAP! We will try our absolute best to cancel the order, but if it has started the production process or has been shipped, then we cannot cancel the order. We can usually cancel any order within 24 hours of ordering.

Covid 19
We are currently experiencing random delays to SOME customer packages. This is usually only if you live in a more remote location.
Customers from USA, UK, CANADA, GERMANY, AUS are receiving their package on average within 16 days of their order being shipped, and the REST OF THE WORLD can expect around a 25-day delivery average. (stats based on past 50 orders).
We currently have no production delays.
