This desk mat feels very well made, and I like the texture. Shipping across the globe was surprisingly quick. They started making it the day after I ordered it and even sent me a draft to review before printing. I'm definitely going to use them again for my next one.
I ordered the maxed-out version, the biggest and thickest size available in the store. After using the well-described support page, I started with my design. After checking all my file settings, the smooth and easy experience proceeded.
Ultimate even contacted me for a personal chat to verify and check the design. We then proceeded with the order.

The only reason this review is missing a star is because my design was unable to be printed perfectly to scale. After the scale issue they continued to work to perfect it, but were ultimately unable to provide perfect accuracy.
Otherwise I give full marks.
There was some difficulty with the shipping for my order originally, but Ultimate Custom Mousepads quickly remedied the situation and kept me informed the entire time. They can be trusted to do the right thing when there are issues with your product and the quality of the product is superb. I highly recommend using their services and fully plan to do so again!

The custom photo came out great but the mousepad alone came with few annoying wrinkles. I tried fixing but stayed the same regardless. :c

I ordered two mouse pads and they did need three deliveries to get it right, BUT they took full responsibility for not having delivered according to the specs, were very forthcoming and open to suggestions to do it better, and persevered until I had two fine mouse pads. I must say, the after sales are very, very good and one of the best I have ever seen.
