Good pad. Should have got a bigger one, but the stitching is nice and the mouse feel is good.

OMG! Where DO I start? This website is so easy to use, and simple to find what you are looking for. I love the chat feature. It makes it easy to get help with questions about the products before you purchase. And the service was I received from Ultimate Custom Mousepads was phenomenal! As soon as I placed my order, I received an email from Jordan asking if the necessary adjustments made were to my approval before sending to print. I appreciated that. Made me feel like my satisfaction was important to UCM. I received periodic updates on my product up until the day I received it. I liked the way UCM kept in touch with me like that. It took a little bit of time to receive my finished product, but let me tell you, it was worth the wait. I was NOT disappointed! It was exactly if not better than I imagined it could be. I wanted a pad that was the same as my computer background and that is exactly what I got. I love it!!!!! The quality is excellent, and the necessary adjustments were done perfectly.

I am quite satisfied with the way it come out! The printed image looks amazing and i love the size of the mouse pad. I wish they had edge lighting options for their biggest size but oh well. I gave 1 less star since the shipping itself took 2 weeks or so, plus some added time for printing

I ordered a custom playmat at the recommendation of a friend who had previously done the same, and both the process of ordering and the product itself were excellent. I chose the art I wanted (from the game “Library of Ruina”), submitted my order, and a few days later the mat had arrived in perfect condition.

I loved the gaming pad so much, I ordered another. As my uploaded picture was not wide enough, the graphic designers used their magic by adding matching texture to avoid stretching the image. I have put both pads in the washing machine with absolutely no colour fading. I live in the UK and received the pads within a week. HIGHLY recommended!

I got the 1000x50x4mm size. It arrived in less than 2 weeks.
The material quality is good. My mouse glides on it with ease. It's big so it doesn't move on the desk. The edges and corners don't lift at all, I didn't have to force them to stay flat. The rubber does smell a little, but that will go away in a few days.
The print quality is good, the image is not blurry (I used a high resolution image) and the colors look more vibrant in real life than in my photos. I like that The print goes on the stitching too, so the border isn't just black.
It's a little expensive, but I got free shipping so that more than makes up for it. Very happy with this deskpad, it gets my recommendation.

I am really happy with my costume design mouse pad !! The colors are so nice, which makes it look absolutely amazing. The mouse pad has good weight and thickness (I got the 3mm thicknes), and the mouse slides over easily. So Happy! I would definitely recommend it to others.
