The RGB custom mouse pad is an Ultimate EXCLUSIVE. This custom mouse mat contains a strip of vibrant LED lighting that is attached securely to the perimeter of the mat

You can select your preferred color option, brightness and power on/off from the control button that is directly attached to the mat.

The control button is by default attached to the left side, but can be changed upon request.

To power this mouse pad, plug it into your computer, PC or any USB outlet using the provided power cord

Unfortunately, this mouse pad cannot be washed as this will damage the electronic components.

Once you have uploaded your image, provided design instructions and placed your order, a member of our design team will resize/optimize your image(s) to your mouse pad size - and carry out any design instructions.

From here, we will email you a preview of our adjustments for you to either approve for printing, or suggest further edits. You can suggest as many edits as you like, and if you are still not satisfied with the preview, we will refund your order in full - no questions asked!

You can upload your image(s) in any size and quality. We will then enhance the clarity of your image and reduce pixelation.

From here, we will implement any design instructions you have requested, and then perform our editing magic to make sure your design spans the entire mouse pad space without deforming or stretching the image.

After all this, we will send you an email preview for you to see our edits for yourself.

Absolutely incredible from start to finish with their customer service let alone the product. Has to make a small iteration to the design to ensure maximum quality and they were just amazing about it. Did have issue rather quickly with the first print (some fraying stitching, these things can happen) but they handled it absolutely amazingly and sent me a full replacement less than 24 hours later. Will be buying more in the future!

It took 15 days to arrive and looks amazing. It matches my keyboard well. Love it!
