I loved the gaming pad so much, I ordered another. As my uploaded picture was not wide enough, the graphic designers used their magic by adding matching texture to avoid stretching the image. I have put both pads in the washing machine with absolutely no colour fading. I live in the UK and received the pads within a week. HIGHLY recommended!

Definitely go with one of the thicker sizes. The mousepad looks great, the image is crisp and high quality. The colored stitches make really add to the quality. It is nice and smooth with no issues while gaming. Already had a small spill, but wiped right out with a wet warm washcloth. Will definitely be ordering a backup for myself and one for my wife as well.

Absolutely amazing quality and work! I had a homemade table with weird dimensions and they still catered! I saw the other reviews before purchasing and was a little skeptical as I couldn't believe they actually looked that good. They seriously deliver! Shipping does take about 2 weeks if you're overseas, but other than that, these guys know how to make a quality product!

This mouse pad is truly phenomenal. I was initially worried about the quality of the image as well as the thickness that I chose (Mega + 3mm). Both exceeded my expectations. The shipping did not take too long either. If you’re on the fence then go for it because I really do love mine! When you get yours, expect there to be a smell that will need like an hour to air out before using it!

I love my new mouse pad! This is the second one I have bought from here. I out together a picture collage before uploading the entire things as a jpeg. I wasn't sure on size dimensions of it would be right. I left the message on my order that if the design team needed to change it then that would be fine, just don't cut off any heads or faces. And they did a phenomenal job. Only a couple small changes needed to be made.

The desk mat is perfect and I'd recommend it for anybody who would like one with a custom print on it. Honestly, I can't find any negatives. It didn't even have any "weird smell" like I've found some pads had for ages that I've bought. The delivery time was also what was promised. Great service.

Customer service was superb, designers were very friendly and pretty much nailed my requested design on the first try. I gave them a couple images and some instructions and they followed them to the letter.

Print quality is great, obviously the higher quality image you provide the better. I had to settle for an image I upscaled with AI but it still turned out better than expected. Colors are also much more vibrant than i was expecting.

Honestly its hard to get good service these days so this was an absolutely refreshing experience, thanks a ton team :)

PS. I haven't finished building my new PC setup so don't judge the empty desk

I randomly found this company while searching for a mousepad to fit my Megaman X build theme and man, am I glad I did! They worked with me on my own design and really took it to the next level while being super communicative throughout. The pad itself feels and looks so much higher quality then anything it's competing with and it's so easy to clean, most things wipe right off with a damp cloth.

The print itself came out amazing, way higher quality then what I was expecting at first and especially considering it's priced similarly to other RGB pads at the same size. I got the thicker pad and it's plush enough I don't even need to get a wrist rest now. I wish there were more lighting effects to choose from, but I'm so, so happy that I don't have to download another piece of RGB software.

The communication is really what blew me away though, not only were they very quick in responding throughout the design process, they even shipped me a 2nd pad for free when the first arrived with non functioning LED's (most likely damaged in shipping.) I know you should expect that but dealing with PC part manufacturers lately, it's nice to just find somewhere that does it right without a without a fight!

It was super easy to submit the design and customize. Good communication and service. The quality is great and the print looks fantastic!

The quality of the material used for the pad is excellent; No shifting or imperfections on the surface and it grips the desk well. The print job is superb as well, with all of the colors being accurate to the design sent in and no noticeable quality loss being present. Will consider ordering from ucm again
