The custom photo came out great but the mousepad alone came with few annoying wrinkles. I tried fixing but stayed the same regardless. :c

I ordered two mouse pads and they did need three deliveries to get it right, BUT they took full responsibility for not having delivered according to the specs, were very forthcoming and open to suggestions to do it better, and persevered until I had two fine mouse pads. I must say, the after sales are very, very good and one of the best I have ever seen.

I love this mouse pad so much. I just got it today, and it's the best thing I have ever ordered. It feels so smooth, and it does not feel like you have to fight the mouse to move the cursor. It has amazing micro movements, which are really good for FPS games or just games in general. It is a perfect mouse pad. The photo of the image I got came out perfect; it's nice and clean with no errors in the photo. The customer service is top-notch. Brett will always get back to you if you are having a problem and help you get it resolved. As a customer, that is an amazing thing to have, knowing that there is someone you can go to who will help take care of your problem. If you are looking for a hybrid mouse pad, this is the one to go for.
